Please ensure that your contractors are aware of these times and plan accordingly to these working hours.
IMPORTANT: All exhibitors must book an unloading time slot via the NEC event delivery system. Information can be found here. This time slot must be booked prior to arriving onsite for build up only.
Space Only Heavy Lift Move In – Please note that we require that heavy machinery is set-up as early as possible on build-up day (Tuesday 31st November). If you require a forklift service on site, this must be pre-booked. For further information please see contact our appointed handing company and preferred contractor for freight forwarding and storage

All stand fitting materials and stand waste, including carpet tape must be removed from the hall by 10:00 on Friday 3rd November. Any waste or exhibits left in the hall after this time will be disposed of. The cost of this disposal will be charged to the exhibiting company.
No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the hall during the build-up and breakdown period.
- At 16:30 on Thursday 2nd November visitors will be asked to leave the premises. Only once all visitors have vacated the halls an announcement will be made that dismantling can commence.
- You are not at liberty to dismantle your stand before 16:30, and if you do so you will be asked to stop.
- Please remove personal effects or small and valuable items from your hired furniture and stand as soon as the Exhibition closes to prevent any losses or damage during the breakdown period.
- All exhibits and displays must be removed from shell scheme stands by 20:00 Thursday 2nd November.
- Clearing of the stand by the official deadline is solely the responsibility of the Exhibitor, including stand waste materials.
- The Organisers reserve the right to charge waste and storage fees for exhibits/stand fittings, which have not been removed by the deadline and are furthermore entitled to have such exhibits/stand fittings removed and stored immediately by a suitable contractor at the expense and risk of the Exhibitor.
