My name is Marin Stanculescu. I am a mechanical engineer for technological equipment used in construction. I want to collaborate: promotion, production or sale of patent. I have been working with concrete since 1973. I have two patents obtained in Romania: Macroporous Concrete Composition (M.C.C), RO 122720/1997 and Macroporous Polymeric Concrete
(M.P.C), RO 123502/2013. Received: a silver medal at the International Invention Fair, Geneva, Switzerland, 2013, and a gold medal at The 6th International Invention Fair of the Middle East, Al Kuwait, Kuwait, 2013.
Using RO 123502/2013 together with the patented technical solution and the established technological process we obtained:
– Macroporous Composite Polymer Concrete (M.C.P.C.), density 100 kg/m3, fire reaction class A2; built walls: prismatic block 490x490x200mm; integral walls 5000x3000mm, using classic masonry mortars and plasters.
– Macroporous Mineral Concrete (M.M.C.), density 125 kg/m2, fire reaction class A1, density of artificially obtained aggregates 84 kg/m2, built walls: prismatic block 490x490x200mm; integral walls 5000x3000mm, using classic masonry mortars and plasters.
-Macroporous Nosocomil Infections Resistant Concrete (M.N.I.R.C), density 130 kg/m2, fire reaction class A1, artificially obtained aggregates, density 84 kg/m2, built walls: prismatic block 490x490x200mm; integral walls 5000x3000mm, using masonry mortars and plaster resistant to nosocomial infections. –Translucent composite concrete (Tl.C.C), density 515 kg/m3, fire reaction class A1, built walls: prismatic block 323x200x200mm and 161x200x200mm; integral walls 5000x3000mm, using classic masonry mortars, a small amount of light passes (20%), the image does not pass. –Transparent Composite Concrete (Tp.C.C.), density 560 kg/m3, fire reaction class A1, built walls: prismatic block 323x200x200mm and 161x200x200mm; integral walls 5000x3000mm, using classic masonry mortars, the fidelity of the image from the environment visualized after passing through the wall is identical to the fidelity of the same image from the environment before passing through the wall.
– Nuclear Radiation Resistant Concrete (N.R.R.C), density 10000 kg/m3, fire reaction class A1.
Resists from -75 degrees Celsius to +725 degrees Celsius, decreases the content of mineral binder by 75% and mineral aggregates by 75%, compressive strength 7…15 daN/cm2 ( exclusive N.R.R.C. ). All concretes are decarbonated and ecological.
I await your conclusions regarding the use of these concretes.
I will also present these concrete samples.
