SHAPE was founded by ex-F1 Chief Designer, Peter McCool. SHAPE employs a highly qualified team of Engineers, Designers, Programmers, Machinists, Laminators and Technicians. The facility in Witney houses large 5-axis & 3-axis CNC milling machines, laser inspection equipment, ShapeTex preform manufacturing equipment, ovens and hot forming presses.
The three main areas of business activity are:
Machining – Tooling and part machining for the carbon composite industry.
Engineering – Design and Engineering to support advanced manufacturing.
Composites – Manufacturing of automated carbon composite parts.
