• RocTool equipment generates a current through the inductor, creating a localised magnetic field. An eddy current is induced by this magnetic field in the mould cavity, which heats up at a controlled rate. A diffusion process through the mould allows this heat source to be transferred to the moulding surface with accurate control, up to 400°C.
• The flexibility of the inductors allow any 3D complex parts shape to be possible.
• RocTool has a range of Performance Cooling Units (RPC): to complement its induction technologies.
