VERICUT Composite Applications include: VERICUT Composite Programming (VCP) and VERICUT Composite Simulation (VCS).

VCP reads CAD models of the layup tool and ply boundary information that defines the laminate or ply stack and creates motion paths that add material and fill each ply boundary according to the user’s engineering requirements and manufacturing standards. Composite part programming with VERICUT Composite Programming (VCP) 8.1 is modernised and enhanced with the powerful new Laminate Manager. In addition to organising files, the Laminate Manager brings clarity and visibility to the laminate as a whole. This laminate overview has made several other exciting new enhancements possible like batch processing, laminate-wide analysis, and intelligent ply generation.
VERICUT Composites Programming 8.1 puts many advancements in composite programing directly in the hands of NC programmers. Now, more than ever, the programming and analysis of an entire laminate is easier than ever. All of the NC programs created can then be simulated in CGTech’s industry-leading VERICUT Composite Simulation..
VCS is a simulated work environment for automated composites manufacturing. Through CAD models and NC programs, VCS simulates the sequence of NC programs on a virtual machine, including head changes, probing, knife cutting, and more. Material is applied to the layup form via NC program instructions in a virtual CNC simulation environment.
VERICUT Composite Applications are being used by leading manufacturers to program and simulate automated fibre placement and tape-laying machinery from machine tool builders such as, Electroimpact, MTorres, AFPT, Automated Dynamics, Fives, Accudyne, BA Composites and others.
