Get your entrance voucher in the app

  • Download the Industrial Connect app and login using the email address you used to register.

  • Your entry voucher appears automatically in the app – no need to search your inbox or print anything.

  • On the day, simply show your entry voucher at the registration desks to receive your smart badge.

Smart Badges - your digital business card

Your smart badge is the easiest way to collect information from exhibitors and for them to connect with you.

How it works:

  1. When you arrive at the event, you receive your smart badge at the entrance.

  2. Each badge has a unique NFC chip behind the mascot icon, and a QR code linked to your visitor profile.

  3. When you visit a stand, simply tap the mascot icon on your badge on the exhibitor’s reader, or let them scan the QR code on your badge.

  4. You do not need to collect brochures or scan business cards – your badge does it for you.

Why it matters:

  • Never lose a contact – every stand or feature you tap your badge on is recorded for you.

  • All information in one place – no more bags full of flyers; you receive everything digitally.

  • Faster follow-up – exhibitors get your details instantly and can send tailored information after the event.

Tip: use your smart badge at every stand you are interested in. Any stand that you tap on will appear in your visit summary.

After the event - your smart visit summarised

At the end of each event day, you will receive a single email summary of your visit.

This includes:
  • A list of exhibitors and stands you visited using your smart badge.
  • Links to their profiles and materials so you can refresh your memory.
  • Information about the conference and features you visited.
  • Suggested exhibitors and products based on your visit.

You can come back to this email at any time to continue conversations and compare solutions, without trying to remember every stand you saw.

Your privacy and control

We design our smart visit tools to make your experience easier, while keeping your data safe and private.

  • You choose who gets your details – exhibitors only receive your contact details when you tap your badge on their reader or if you let them scan your QR code.

  • Messaging without sharing your contact details – you can use the show app to message exhibitors and other attendees without revealing your email address or phone number.

  • Secure technology – your data is processed in line with strict data protection standards.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need the app to attend the event?

No, you can still attend the event using your entrance voucher found in your confirmation email. You will be given a Smart Badge at the registration desks, but you will miss out on many smart visit features (such as AI matchmaking, interactive floorplan navigation and scheduling meetings) by not having the app.

Simply follow this link to the app store if on mobile, or to the web version of the app. Once downloaded, you will need to log in. Your email is the one used at registration and you will find your registration ID (password) in your confirmation email.

Yes! As you walk around the show and see any interesting stands/products, all you need to do is tap your smart badge on the smart badge reader. Exhibitors you speak to may also ask to scan your badge using their mobiles to collect your data.
