About us

We develop and manufacture complex composite structures, from early-stage engineering through to repeat production.

Carbon ThreeSixty is a UK-based advanced composites engineering and manufacturing company specialising in the development and production of lightweight, high-performance composite structures.

We work with customers across aerospace, defence, automotive and energy, supporting programmes from early-stage concept development through to prototyping, tooling, process development and repeat manufacture. Our approach is focused on making complex composite designs practical, manufacturable and scalable.

Our capabilities include filament winding, compression moulding, prepreg processing, resin-based composite manufacturing, tooling development and composite assembly. We also support customers with design-for-manufacture, material and process selection, prototyping and productionisation.

Carbon ThreeSixty is particularly experienced in applications where weight, structural performance, geometry, production method or supply-chain requirements make conventional manufacturing approaches challenging. This includes lightweight structures, rotating components, pressure-containing structures, aerospace components, UAV structures and other technically demanding composite applications.

By combining engineering, development and manufacturing capability within one UK organisation, we are able to support customers beyond simple build-to-print manufacture. We work collaboratively to develop the manufacturing route, optimise the process and take projects from initial technical concept through to repeatable production.
