About us

Clarity Plastics is a UK injection moulding and engineering partner, manufacturing high-quality plastic components and assemblies for customers operating in demanding sectors including defence, aerospace, automotive, industrial, medical and rail.

Operating from manufacturing facilities in Birmingham and Telford, we run over 50 injection moulding machines ranging in size from 15 to 1,500 tonnes, supported by in-house toolrooms, automation, assembly, hot plate and ultrasonic welding, testing, and comprehensive quality inspection. Our capabilities span low-volume, high-complexity projects through to fully automated, high-volume manufacturing.

We work closely with customers throughout the product lifecycle, supporting design for manufacture, tooling transfer, new product introduction, validation and continuous improvement. Our rapid tooling transfer capability enables production to be established quickly, helping minimise supply chain disruption and strengthening UK manufacturing resilience.

Quality, traceability and reliability underpin everything we do. Our manufacturing systems are certified to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, with robust quality planning, validation and inspection processes delivering consistent performance for critical applications.
