Foundry Patterns
Foundry patterns, a crucial component of the metal casting process, they are the blueprints that make it possible to produce complex and accurate metal components. According to recent research on the metal foundry market, it is projected to grow significantly in the coming years. Data2Patterns and Moulds offer the customer unsurpassed experience and quality in the design and manufacture of foundry patterns, for metal casting. Renovation of traditional patterns can also be undertaken by use of the latest materials either by hand or a combination of hand and machine. Core boxes for use on core blowing machines are constructed from a high-density material to prevent premature wear and can be vented to the foundry's specification. When a specific foundry practice is required, these are applied and recorded by procedural forms exclusively for that foundry.

High Density Foam Machining
At Data 2 Patterns, we specialise in the precision machining of high-density foams, with particular expertise in cutting Rohacell® — a rigid, closed-cell polymethacrylimide (PMI) foam widely used in the aerospace and autosport industries.
