Ink Printer Module
Integrated High-Resolution Direct Part Marking. The eurolaser Ink Printer Module delivers high-resolution industrial inkjet printing directly within the laser cutting process, enabling automated marking of components and labels with barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers, logos and text. Designed for reliable Direct Part Marking (DPM), the contact-free system produces durable, high-contrast prints that integrate seamlessly into automated production and inspection workflows, improving traceability while eliminating additional process steps.

Laser Cutting System XL-3200
The eurolaser XL-3200 is a high-performance CO₂ laser cutting system designed for the precise processing of large-format non-metal materials. Its generous working area of 2,270 × 3,200 mm enables efficient processing of full-size sheets and technical textiles, reducing handling while maximising productivity. The modular system can be configured with laser sources up to 650 watts, automation solutions, vision systems and mechanical tool modules to meet individual production requirements. Engineered for continuous industrial operation, the XL-3200 delivers outstanding precision, process reliability and maximum flexibility across a wide range of materials and applications.

Laser Cutting System 3XL-3200 with Conveyor System
The eurolaser Conveyor System enables the continuous processing of large-format roll materials with automated feeding and precision-controlled transport. Automatic edge guidance ensures accurate material positioning and consistently high cutting quality over long material lengths, while uninterrupted production maximises throughput and machine utilisation.

Laser Cutting System XL-1600 with Twin Table System
The Twin Table System enables parallel loading and unloading during laser cutting, significantly reducing downtime and maximising machine utilisation. Continuous vacuum fixation ensures precise material positioning, while the extendable table modules provide easy access and seamless integration into automated production environments.

Laser Cutting System M-1600 with Shuttle Table System
The eurolaser Shuttle Table System minimises downtime by enabling fast and efficient material changeovers. While one table is loaded or unloaded outside the machine, laser cutting continues uninterrupted. The automated table exchange, ergonomic three-sided access and seamless integration into automated production environments maximise machine utilisation and increase productivity for demanding industrial applications.

Camera Recognition Systems
Precision Cutting for Printed and Patterned Materials. The eurolaser camera recognition systems ensure precise laser cutting of printed, patterned and structured materials through automatic contour detection and dynamic cutting path adjustment. By compensating for material distortion, shrinkage and misalignment, they deliver consistently accurate results while reducing setup time, material waste and manual intervention. Seamlessly integrated into automated production workflows, they maximise process reliability and efficiency for demanding print-to-cut applications.

Mechanical Tool Modules
Laser and Mechanical Processing on One Platform. Expand the capabilities of your eurolaser system by combining laser technology with integrated mechanical tool modules on a single platform. Routing, bevel cutting, V-grooving, drilling and other mechanical processes can be performed alongside laser cutting, significantly extending the range of materials and applications. This modular concept increases production flexibility, reduces investment costs and provides a future-proof solution that can be upgraded as production requirements evolve.

CO₂ Laser Engraving Module
High-Resolution Large-Format Engraving. The eurolaser CO₂ laser engraving module enables high-resolution engraving of logos, graphics, photographs, markings and 3D reliefs on a wide range of non-metal materials. Engraving and cutting can be combined in a single, contact-free process, eliminating tool wear and reducing secondary operations. With engraving areas of up to 10 m², resolutions up to 1200 dpi and seamless integration into all eurolaser laser systems, the module offers maximum flexibility for industrial production and product customisation.

Label Module
Automated Part Identification within the Cutting Process. The eurolaser Label Module automatically applies identification labels to cut parts directly during the laser cutting process, eliminating additional handling and manual labelling. Supporting a wide range of label types, including pre-printed, blank and RFID labels, the system improves traceability, streamlines downstream processes and enables efficient part identification for industrial manufacturing and automated production workflows.

Ink Marker Module
Integrated Contact-Free Marking for Efficient Production. The eurolaser Ink Marker Module enables precise, contact-free marking directly within the laser cutting process, eliminating additional processing steps. Fast-drying, smudge-resistant ink ensures durable markings for positioning, alignment and downstream assembly, while the non-contact process protects even sensitive materials from deformation. Fully integrated into the production workflow, the module improves process efficiency, reduces cycle times and supports high-speed industrial manufacturing.
