Products & services

Jenoptik Opticline Shaft Measurement System
Designed for extremely fast, extremely accurate measurement of cylindrical or shaft-type parts. It uses green light received by cameras to take a full image of the part to provide dimensional and characteristic measurements – such as concentricity and runout. The range has many applications in the automotive, medical and turned parts industries.

Micro-Vu Multi-Sensing CMM
Automated bench-top Optical CMM with 2-micron accuracy and 0.1-micron resolution. This bench-top system, able to measure parts up to 315x315x250mm, offers an affordable, highly-accurate and fast measurement. The illumination options makes the measurement of otherwise hard-to-measure shiny parts simple. Tactile probing can be used to inspect any hard-to-reach spaces such as bores, tubes and edge breaks. Laser attachments allow fast point data collection provides point clouds when they are required.

GelSight Mobile Handheld Elastomeric Imaging Sensor
Transform your surface metrology solutions with 3D tactile sensing from GelSight. Eliminating the need for replica moulds in inspection, Gelsight provides instant digital results & analysis. It helps to tangibly increase the throughput of inspection in primary manufacturing and MRO environments. It is also used for: Hole Diameter Measurement Scratch and Defect Measurement Fastener Flushness XYZ Dimensional Measurements Weld Inspection Pit Detection / Corrosion Analysis Shot Peen Analysis

Sensofar 3D Optical Surface Profiler
High quality non-contact 3D optical surface profilers based on complementary confocal, interferometry, focus variation and spectroscopy reflectometer techniques. Spectroscopic reflectometry For transparent layers samples, taking thickness measurements in a quick, accurate and non-destructive way. Fringe projection For large measurements, providing high vertical accuracy and repeatability without noise disruption.

High QA Inspection Manager Auto-ballooning & Inspection Planning Software
A quality management system with a quick ROI, designed by engineers for engineers. Auto-ballooning GD&T drawings & auto-generating reports inc. FAIR, PPAP and ISIRS
