Exhaust Systems

We can design, develop and manufacture a range of exhaust system configurations to meet almost any requirement, with common features including complex pipe geometries, wall thickness down to 0.5mm and additive layer manufacture for prototyping and production

Lightweight Metallic Subframes

We have an extensive team of highly skilled technicians welding and fabricating structural metallic assemblies from structural steels like 15CDV6, S355, Titanium and in some cases Aluminium.

Pressure Vessels and Accumulators

We develop a range of composite pressure vessels for the storage of high pressure gas, including bespoke hydrogen storage solutions

Electric Motor Retention Sleeves

Electric motors are another vital part of the powertrain. We provide optimised carbon-fibre sleeves, which work to retain the magnets and minimise the current losses, and we have perfected a press-fitting technique that fit the sleeves to the motors directly, which enables a higher retention pressure.

Complex Composite Structures

We have established ourselves as market-leaders in developing complex composite structures, using both filament winding and moulded techniques. Our composite team have worked on projects ranging from large, aerodynamic panels for supercars to gearbox housings to head-mounted display technology for fighter pilots.

We provide composite gears that are dimensionally stable in high-speed, high-torque operating conditions, and offer weight savings of 40% compared to metallic equivalents
