PPI Adhesive Products Ltd is a world-renowned manufacturer of an extensive range of precision converted technical adhesive tapes, die-cuts and laminates for a wide range of industries and applications, most notably in the Aerospace, Automotive, Electrical, Electronic, and Medical sectors. Additionally, we produce a wide range of tapes for specialised industrial and high-tech applications.
We coat, convert and die-cut our own products giving us full control, flexibility and traceability to meet the growing demands of the industries we support.

Utilising our experience in the development and manufacture of adhesive tapes, we can offer our customers the competitive edge required in a progressive marketplace working closely with the customer to understand the application and specify the correct tape product to be utilised

The company was established in Waterford in 1971. We are a customer focused, global manufacturing experts that utilise an innovative R&D department to provide quality, reliable, bespoke and flexible solutions for applications that require Technical Adhesive Tapes, Die Cuts & Laminates
Our unique offering is to design, manufacture and supply bespoke Technical Tape solutions that are developed in partnership with our customers’ requirements and specifications.

The company, through its own independent Research & Development Centre based in Waterford, has excelled in developing custom-made products. These products have been tailored to meet specific and bespoke requirements from customers providing quality solutions to engineering and technical problems.

PPI Adhesive Products Ltd are active on six continents and export to more than sixty countries worldwide. As well as the two production facilities based in Ireland, we have our team of sales representatives working in various countries globally offering the chance to meet and discuss your application requirements face-to-face

This section of the group specialises in the manufacture and distribution of precision die-cut components for Electrical, Electronic, Automotive, Aerospace and General Industrial applications. TAP Ltd utilise the highest quality pressure-sensitive materials manufactured by PPI Adhesive Products Ltd. TAP can offer solutions based on experienced technical know-how regarding all aspects of product die-cutting and design

Continuously Developing self-adhesive products for our own group and for our customers product developments. Our R&D department create new production techniques and utilise their market know how to develop bespoke innovate solutions to offer solutions to our customers’ requirements

A major specialised producer of release films, located in Knights Town on Valentia Island just off the South West coast of Ireland. Here we manufacture both single and double-sided siliconised polyester and polypropylene films, for industrial applications that demand inter-liners, coverings and protection films

Industry Focus - Automotive

In the Automotive industry, we work with companies to advise, develop and supply solutions for their challenging adhesive tape and bonding applications. For the growing Electrical Vehicles sector we supply thermal management and insulation products for battery cooling. We work with all levels of the industry from OEM to Tier 3 providing innovative solutions. Our laminating and die-cutting capabilities allow us to develop and supply bespoke solutions to the automotive industry with one of our main strengths being our ability to produce customised tapes and die-cut pieces to individual customer specifications, including small quantities for short runs.

We produce a vast range of products for Automotive applications that have been developed through years of experience including:
