UniGrid® – Modular Fixture System
With UniGrid®, we offer standardized solutions for CFC grids in addition to customized charge carriers. In contrast to machined or water jet-cut grids, these grids, manufactured in a single, separate process, have a continuous fiber structure and no joints. The closed frame structure enables easy, uncomplicated handling with a high degree of rigidity and strength.

Durafox® Ceramics - Carburisation Protection for Charging Racks
Hybrid solution made from weight-bearing C/C and Durafox® Ceramics as carburisation protection for your heat treatment. At temperatures above approx. 1,050°C, many steels react with carbon, which leads to carburisation. This is triggered by a eutectic reaction that reduces the melting temperature of the metal. This means that contact reactions between metal and carrier material can take place at process temperatures that are required to heat treat the metal. The consequences of this include possible impurities in the customer’s product as a result of material disintegration and the customer’s components may even melt. This does not only damage the parts or carrier but often also damages the interior of the furnace. Oxide fiber composites (OFC), can resist thermomechanical stress in a highly corrosive or oxidising atmosphere and are our most innovative form of protection against carburisation.

Profiles as Edges Protection
With our patented components made of CFRC, we are setting new benchmarks here. Our L-, U- J- and h-shaped profiles for the construction of insulation lining are very strong and extremely rigid. They can easily be connected to form complex structures using screw connections or plug-in connections. Our double-L profile is the innovative solution for a longer door insulation service life, as the edges of the door are perfectly protected and the insulation permanently remains in the intended position.
