Turner Electronics is the UK’s longest established independent distributor of cable preparation, crimping and surface mount production equipment. We provide sell, service and support a variety of equipment include cut and strip, cut to length, stripping crimping and cst machines, as well as pick and place, reflow ovens, wave soldering machines and stencil printers.
The Cable Preparation division offers a complete range of automatic cable processing equipment including Cable Cutting Machines, Cable Stripping Machines, Cable Strip and Crimp Machines, Coax and Fibre Optic Cable Processing Machines, as well as Pre- and Post- Processing Machines and Ultrasonic Welding Machines.
The Surface Mount range of equipment includes Pick and Place machines, forced air Convection Reflow Ovens, Stencil Printers and integrated packages, Conventional and Selective Soldering Machines.

Schleuniger E300
The Cut & Strip Family E300 cut and strip machine impresses with high performance, optimized operability and outstanding process reliability. It processes wires, tubing, ribbon and multiconductor cables as well as insulation such as PVC, PUR or Teflon in high-precision quality. Standard applications include the stripping of the outer jacket in several steps, as well as full and partial strips – also on both sides – with conductor cross sections from 0.05 to 10 mm² (36 to 8 AWG) and cable diameters from 0.3 mm to 8.0 mm (0.012" to 0.31"). Different belt materials and the included short piece kit allow a wide range of applications.
Schleuniger E400
The Cut & Strip Family E400 cut and strip machine impresses with its high performance, optimized operability and outstanding process reliability. Standard applications include the stripping of the outer jacket in several steps, as well as full and partial strips – also on both sides – with conductor cross sections from 0.14 to 16 mm2 (26 to 6 AWG) and cable diameters from 0.8 to 12.5 mm (0.032″ to 0.49″). It processes wires, tubing, ribbon and multiconductor cables as well as insulation such as PVC, PUR or Teflon in high-precision quality. Blades, belts and guides of the predecessor model MultiStrip 9480 are compatible.
Schleuniger MultiStrip 9480
The MultiStrip 9480 family offers six machine versions to cover a wide range of applications and budgets. With many additional options and accessories the MultiStrip 9480 is the most versatile cut & strip platform on the market. The fully programmable rotary incision unit (on MR, RS, RSX and RX versions) allows easy processing of high precision coaxial and multilayer applications. Additional features, such as our multiposition cutter head, create a nearly endless range of application possibilities. Each machine can be easily interfaced with Schleuniger’s vast line of integrated accessories to create a fully automatic wire processing production line.
Schleuniger StripSeries B300
n its price class, the portable Strip Series B300 stripping machine opens up completely new possibilities for fast and at the same time reliable stripping of cables with cross sections from 0.03 to 8 mm2 (32 to 8 AWG). The ergonomic machine design and the completely revised user interface on the high-resolution 5” color touchscreen offer unrivaled ease of use. The Strip Series B300 is extremely ease to operate, even without programming knowledge. Simplified input screen content and the guided menu navigation make for intuitive handling. Process parameters stored in the software allow out-of-the-box use for the common functions of stripping with full and partial pull-off and recutting. More complex applications, the storing of articles, or a customer-specific process parameterization can be achieved with the optional software upgrade. The repeat accuracy, mechanical precision and short work cycles ensure high productivity in common stripping applications.
Z+F UNIC-GV
The UNIC-GV is an electropneumatic benchtop stripper-crimper, which allows the processing of five ferrules on reel with different cross sections. Ferrules on reel in the range from 0.5mm2 to 2.5 mm² (AWG 20 – 14) with crimping lengths of 8 mm or 10 mm can be processed with no down time. The user simply chooses the cross-section on a touch display. Ferrules on reel for multi standard conductors can also be processed.
Komax Mira 670
The powerful Mira 670 stripping machine is an efficient solution for insulated cables up to 26 mm in diameter and 200 mm in length. The Komax Mira 670 wire stripping machine is the ideal solution for efficiently processing a wide range of wires and insulation materials. With the ability to process wires up to 26 mm in diameter and strip lengths up to 200 mm, it offers high productivity and excellent strip quality. The machine features a 6-blade rotary head that ensures precise processing and high pull-off force. It also offers intelligent design and features to maximize strip quality, such as a parts library and barcode scanning to get the right data in a flash.
Mecalbi Heat Shrink Systems
The STCS-VMir is an infrared heat shrink system, equipped with a fast-exchangeable shrinking chamber system to easily change the application. The shrinking chambers are custom designed to perfectly accommodate the parts and protect any sensible component. The STCS-VMir+ is a variation of the standard VMir with a bigger shrinking chamber and the same fast-exchangeable shrinking chamber system. The chambers are designed according with the application specifications, making them ideal for special applications.
Wezag WDT UP150
