WinMan ERP Software
About us
Replace your disparate systems and spreadsheets with WinMan Cloud ERP
If your business runs on a separate accounts package, a standalone CRM, a warehouse system that talks to neither, and a folder of spreadsheets holding the gaps together, you already know what it costs you. Numbers that disagree. Stock that is right on screen and wrong on the rack. Job costs that arrive weeks after the job shipped. Someone rekeying the same order three times.
WinMan Cloud ERP replaces that patchwork with one system and one database.
Everything in one place
Financials and management accounts. Sales, quoting and purchasing. Stock control and warehouse management. Bills of materials and routings. MRP and production scheduling. Shop floor data capture. Quality, non-conformance and traceability. CRM and after-sales service. Business intelligence and reporting built in, not bolted on.
Because it is one database, a goods receipt updates stock, costs, the supplier account and the works order at the same moment. Nothing waits for an overnight sync, and there is no integration for you to maintain when one vendor changes their API.
Real numbers from the shop floor, not from a whiteboard
WinMan Go runs on tablets and phones for shop floor data capture. Handheld scanners cover goods in, picking, stock moves and dispatch. There is proof of delivery for your drivers and a mobile app for service engineers in the field.
Operators book on and off jobs where the work actually happens, so job costs, WIP and stock reflect what has been made while there is still time to do something about it. You find out a job is running over on day two, not at month end.
Traceability that stands up to an audit
Goods-in to dispatch traceability, batch and serial control, material certificates, concessions and non-conformance, supplier performance measurement.
If you work to IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 9001 or BRC, or your customers expect full genealogy and certs on demand, this is the part spreadsheets cannot do at any price. Pull the history of a delivered part back through dispatch, production, batch and supplier in a few clicks. We have customers in aerospace, defence, nuclear, oil & gas, rail, automotive and more.
Reporting and BI built on live data
WinMan's business intelligence is an integral part of the system rather than a third party tool pointed at it from outside. Dashboards and reports read your live operational data where it sits, so the sales figure, the stock valuation and the shop floor status all come from one place and agree with each other.
That means no data warehouse project, no nightly extract to go wrong, and no waiting for somebody to pull numbers into a spreadsheet before anyone can act on them. Margin by job, supplier performance, on-time delivery and stock turn are there when you ask the question, not the following week.
Single tenant cloud, so you stay in control
WinMan Cloud ERP is single tenant. That means cloud without the usual compromise: no servers to look after, no infrastructure to refresh, but no forced upgrade the moment we ship a release either.
You review what is in each release and move when there is something in it for you, at a point in the year that suits your production schedule rather than ours. Your data and your configuration are yours alone, not a slice of a shared platform.
Built on lean, developed in the UK
WinMan is built around lean manufacturing principles, so Kanban, pull scheduling and visual management are part of how the system thinks rather than a module you buy later. If you have a continuous improvement programme running, you will recognise the logic quickly.
We write the software ourselves, here in the UK. We also implement it and support it ourselves. There are no value added resellers and no third party consultants learning your business at your expense. The people who train your team are the people who know the code, and they are still there when you call in year four.
Who WinMan suits
Small and medium manufacturers, typically 20 to 250 employees, making to order, to stock, or a mix of both. We are strongest in exactly the sectors filling the halls at the NEC:
Precision engineering and metal fabrication. Bryken Precision Engineering, Access Covers, Petersen Stainless Rigging.
Electronics and high technology. ABL Circuits, Kasdon Electronics, Interconics.
Automotive and EV. Evtec, Electrified Motors.
Machinery, equipment and project engineering. Clayton Engineering, The Tibbetts Group.
Plastics and moulding. MGS Technical Plastics.
Every one of those has recorded a video case study at winman.com, so you can hear how it went from them rather than from us. Watch one before the show and bring the questions it raises to the stand.
Companies usually come to us at one of four moments: a legacy ERP has reached end of life, a heavily customised system has become unsupportable, growth or a new contract has broken the manual workarounds, or the accounts-plus-CRM-plus-spreadsheets combination has finally cost more than it saves.
If you are trying to consolidate several sites or legal entities into one set of numbers, come and ask about it. AC Valve Alliance brought seven separate entities together on WinMan, and it is the kind of thing that is hard to judge from a website.
Why visit the stand
You will not find a canned demo running on a loop on our stand, and that is deliberate. No two manufacturers share the same products, processes or data, so a generic demonstration tells you almost nothing about your own business. What we will do is listen to how you work today and tell you exactly how WinMan Cloud ERP would handle it.
Describe your process and we will talk you through ours. How a quote becomes a works order. How a material certificate follows a batch through to dispatch. Where true job cost comes from and when you would see it. Answered against your process, not somebody else's.
Ask what implementation actually involves. How long it takes, who you need to free up, what it costs, and what tends to go wrong. You will be talking to the people who do the work, not a channel partner reading from a script.
Get a straight answer on fit. If WinMan is not right for you, we would rather say so at the NEC than three months into a sales process. Ten minutes of honesty at a stand is worth more to both of us.
Line up a demonstration built around you. When we do demonstrate WinMan, we configure it around your products, your processes and your data, so you are watching your business run rather than a sample company. Two days at the NEC is the fastest way to start that conversation.
Come and tell us where your data breaks down. Bring whoever wrestles with the spreadsheets, because they will ask sharper questions than the rest of us.
Stand A8, 4 and 5 November 2026, NEC Birmingham.

Why Engineering & Aerospace Companies Should Review Systems
Ageing ERP and MRP systems build risk quietly. For engineering and aerospace manufacturers, a mid-year health check reveals whether BOM control, traceability and AS9100 compliance are still solid, or starting to strain.

Plan Your Move Away From Unsupported Systems
Unsupported ERP systems rarely fail overnight, they erode gradually. Learn why early evaluation, not crisis-driven urgency, preserves control, protects knowledge, and leads to smoother, better-informed decisions when it's time to move on.
