As experts in LEAN methodology, ORGATEX integrates visual management tools, Kanban systems, and floor markings into their solutions. To align with their own philosophy, they have modernised their production areas with bott cubio storage. Previously open shelves were replaced with secure drawer cabinets, enhancing organisation and reducing clutter. The result is a clean, systematic environment that supports productivity and reflects the company’s commitment to continuous improvement.
The modular design of cubio allows for adaptable workstations, including mobile drawer cabinets for easy access to large products, a battery charging unit for safe storage, and an environmental cabinet for hazardous materials. By eliminating unnecessary steps and waiting times, ORGATEX has streamlined material flow and optimised efficiency across production lines.

The perfo panel system provides quick access to essential tools, reducing handling time and improving workflow. Secure storage solutions, such as the environmental cabinet, enhance safety, while designated areas for cleaning equipment ensure a tidy and efficient working environment.
