South West Metal Finishing Celebrates their Amazing Apprentices!
To celebrate the brilliant progress of our apprentices, SWMF have implemented an annual apprentice of the year award.
These awards will be celebrated with all future apprentices, acknowledging their dedication and great progress in our industry.
We would also like to say thank you to all their very supportive mentors and inspiring colleagues.
We were honoured to host the Lord Mayor of Exeter, Mr Kevin Mitchell, who kindly presented their certificates and awards. A special moment recognising the achievements and contributions of these young people.
It is a proud moment as their four-year apprenticeship journey concludes. Congratulations to all for reaching this milestone! They were all awarded their completion certificates along with a gift from the SWMF team. We are also thrilled to announce that Thomas Smith won the 2023 apprentice of the year award. His dedication, hard work, and outstanding contributions have truly set a stellar example. Congratulations to you all!
