CO₂ lasers, fibre lasers, CNC routers and UV printers can all be used to manufacture, mark, personalise or decorate products, but each technology offers different capabilities.

CO₂ lasers provide non-contact cutting and engraving across materials such as acrylic, wood, engraving laminates, rubber, card, leather and textiles. They are a versatile choice for signage, prototyping, model making and general production.

Fibre lasers are designed for permanent marking on metals and certain engineered plastics. Typical applications include serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes, Data Matrix codes, logos and traceability information on tools, control panels and engineering components.

CNC routers use physical cutting tools to cut, drill, profile and engrave thicker or more rigid materials. They are particularly useful for creating shaped components, routed channels, drilled holes and dimensional engraving.

UV printers add detailed, full-colour designs directly to products and substrates. Depending on the system, White and Varnish inks can also create opaque, gloss, textured or layered effects.
