Multi-channel high-voltage connectors for demanding applications up to 20 kV

To address high-voltage requirements where standard 15 kV options fall short, the MX Series has been added to PPM Power’s multipin product portfolio. Designed for multi-channel DC distribution within a single interface, the MX Series supports operating voltages up to 20 kV DC and continuous current ratings up to 13 A.

Integration and structural design:

Combining multiple high-voltage lines into a single connector eliminates the need for separate single-pin runouts, reducing panel footprint and simplifying cable management in dense test environments. The design enables consolidation of different voltage zones, sensor points, or measurement channels into one housing without cross-channel interference.

The housing is constructed from nickel plated brass to withstand the mechanical stress, shock and vibration typical of mobile test equipment. Rated to IP54, the series provides environmental sealing against dust and splashing water, making it suited for industrial environments and field deployment.
