Itransition delivers AI visual inspection systems that identify and classify defects across materials and components. By analysing 2D and 3D object representations (and X-ray where required), they tell genuine defects from natural variation, reduce false rejects and enable continuous, high-speed quality control, moving you toward near zero-defect production.

Results
In our implemented projects, clients got up to 4x faster throughput than manual checks, up to 98.7% of defects detected and up to 95% less manual effort. In one carbon fibre layup project, real-time monitoring halved material waste. In another, inspection time per car seat fell by 45%.
