CPC Legacy keeps the system your operators already know, with the obsolescence problem removed. Nobody gets pushed anywhere.

CPC on Appward takes direct command of every valve, motor and actuator, validates every load through five integrity checks developed with Boeing before heat is committed, and calculates OEE on the autoclave itself. It installs standalone, with no network link required.

CPC Enterprise puts every machine on any desk in a browser: viewing, recipes, reports, remote access, and utilisation, downtime and OEE across the fleet.

A full controls upgrade takes less than a week up to two weeks on a regular small to medium sized system, and retrofits run one third to two thirds the cost of new. We recently replaced the entire control system on a large unit in one and a half weeks, training included. It had been sitting effectively unusable. The customer recovered capacity they had already written off.
