The Epilog Fusion Galvo G100 is a compact fiber laser marking system developed for fast, precise and highly repeatable metal marking in professional production environments. Its 152 × 152 mm marking area is ideal for serial numbers, barcodes, logos, identification marks, tools and manufactured components.

Depending on the material and selected settings, the G100 can produce polished marks, black annealed marks, surface ablation and deeper engraving. It is compatible with a broad selection of metals, including stainless steel, tool steel, aluminium, anodised aluminium, brass, copper and titanium.

Epilog's IRIS™ camera system provides a live view of the marking area, helping operators position artwork accurately on individual parts or fixtures. The automated door lowers when a job begins and rises when it is complete, supporting faster part changes and a more efficient production workflow.

Artwork can be created using familiar CAD, labelling and graphics programs such as AutoCAD, BarTender, Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW. Jobs are sent through Epilog's Laser Dashboard and organised using Job Manager. Parameter settings can be saved for frequently used materials and finishes, helping teams reproduce consistent results across repeat batches with less setup and testing.
