The WKP 4 400 S is specifically designed for thermoforming and consolidation processes

Equipped with electrically heated platens, it allows precise temperature control up to 450 °C. An integrated recooling system enables the platens to be rapidly cooled down to below 50 °C when needed.

Thanks to the high-speed handling system, the clamping frame including the blank is transferred from the infrared oven into the press in less than 2 seconds. Including the press closing time, the entire process takes less than 5 seconds.
