The LeTugrance Multifunctional Bio-Mineral Sandwich Panel is an ultra-lightweight structural composite engineered for aerospace interiors, zero-emission mobility (EV/eVTOL), and sustainable architecture. Manufactured via a cold-curing mineralization process, the panel displaces petrochemical resins and heavy veneers. Its 4-in-1 sandwich architecture—combining continuous mineral fibre, aramid honeycomb, and an active carbonaceous interlayer—delivers high specific strength (~4.5 kg/m²), structural fire barrier performance, and microclimate regulation.

Key Engineering & Performance Characteristics:
• Intrinsic FST Fire Safety: Self-extinguishes in <8 seconds with zero flaming droplets, compliant with FAR/CS 25.853 (60 s vertical burn) and IMO FTP Code Part 1 without synthetic halogens.
• Integrated Smart Radiant Heating: Embedded carbon interlayers operate at touch-safe voltages (5–48V DC). A 16.7% duty cycle maintains surface temperature +2°C above ambient dew point, eliminating fuselage condensation ("cabin rain") and parasitic convective ducting.
• Acoustic & Vibration Damping (NVH): An internal bio-syntactic viscoelastic core converts cyclic shear into micro-thermal loss (loss factor η = 0.060–0.090 per ASTM E756), eliminating 15–20 kg of secondary deadweight per cabin.
• Zero VOC & Circularity: Completely non-toxic (0.0 mg/m³ VOC). End-of-life panels are 100% recyclable, mechanically pulverised into structural aggregate micro-fillers for closed-loop reuse.
