Keighley Laboratories provides a range of processes for mechanical testing services carried out to national and international standards and our detailed documented in-house procedures for both commercial and aerospace products. The range of processes practised at Keighley Laboratories include:
Tensile and Compression Load Testing carried out at loads from 1kN to 1100kN, using our UKAS ISO 17025 flexible scope of approval, we can design and carry out the test which meets your exact requirements whilst still certifying under our UKAS schedule of approval.
Impact Testing Charpy and Izod testing carried out at a range of temperatures from ambient to minus 196°C.
Hardness Testing methods include Micro and macro hardness testing using Rockwell HR, Vickers HV and Brinell HB, as well as portable/on-site testing.
