Four distinct but complementary agents: Sentry, Gauge, Tally, and Trace. Each solves a localised, line-level problem, acting on what they see without being asked.

Sentry (defect detection) - deploys defect detection that learns "normality" directly from your production line, eliminating the data labelling bottleneck to catch unseen anomalies. Handles moving objects, motion blur, and reflections without jigs or fixtures, and combines multiple camera views into one seamless inspection with no blind spots, spotting tiny defects on parts of any scale.

Gauge (measurement) - replaces manual or CMM processes with high-precision AI metrology, eliminating the need for fixturing while enabling complete inspection at the speed of production. Establishes "virtual fixtures" from object geometry, handles complex textures and surfaces in standard lighting, and calibrates against 3D scans for rapid, multi-depth validation.

Tally (counting) - automated counting with real-time throughput visibility. Counts stationary and moving parts, tracks inputs and outputs end-to-end, and validates pack-out quantities, eliminating manual counts during kitting and pinpointing losses and stoppages fast.

Trace (traceability) - route card digitisation with text and barcode reading, unlocking hands-free serialisation and linking every QC event to a UID. Reads 1D/2D barcodes, handwriting, and stamped codes even on curved, reflective, or dirty surfaces, and acts as the "digital thread" linking Sentry or Gauge data straight to the specific part.
