Pektron’s world-class plastic injection moulding facility in Derby, houses 11 state-of-the-art machines providing up to 300 tonne clamping force and 0.2g to 500g component mass. This also includes vertical injection and rotary table for direct overmoulding of heavily populated PCB assemblies.
Pektron has extensive experience designing and manufacturing plastic mouldings, from aesthetically demanding key fobs for luxury supercars to ultra-robust IP6K9K sealed enclosures for off-highway vehicles.
