SMS-R1 Multicolor Print-and-Cut System

Professional marking with printing and cutting in one system. Precise, durable and efficient.

The SMS-R1 is a professional multi-color print and cut system for industrial marking. Thanks to its combination of high-resolution thermal transfer printing (300 dpi) and an integrated cutter, it can produce labels, nameplates, cable markers, inspection stickers, pipe markings, and tags in virtually any desired shape and color.

This compact system features user-friendly touchscreen operation and intelligent functions that accelerate the marking process and reduce costs. Convenient slide-in cassettes allow for quick ribbon changes, while Auto-Feed™ technology automatically feeds the material, minimizing operator errors.

The SMS-R1 is particularly economical thanks to its integrated ribbon-saving function. Ribbon is only consumed where printing occurs, significantly reducing material costs. At the same time, long material rolls and print jobs up to 12 meters in length enable efficient production of larger runs.

The SMS-R1 can be integrated into existing work environments via USB or network and supports control from ERP systems, CAD applications, graphics programs, or professional label software. The robust industrial design ensures reliable operation even in demanding production and maintenance environments.

The system is complemented by a comprehensive range of marking materials and a library of over 5,000 standards-compliant pictograms. Templates are also available for applications such as pipe marking according to ISO 20560, GHS/CLP labeling, and cable marking, as well as a lamination function.

The SMS-R1 is the ideal solution for companies that want to produce durable, professional, and customizable markings quickly, economically, and directly on-site.
