SOLVAC S2: twin-sump vapour degreasing with sealed transfer and twin refrigeration, built for co-solvent applications.

The Solvac S2 is designed for co-solvent applications or applications where a higher level of contamination is involved. The S2 differs to the S1 with its twin sump design. The S2 includes autonomous features including a sealed pneumatic lid and low-line transfer system.

The Solvac S2 offers the Solvac line’s most premium features:

Reduced operator labor, cycle times, and overall running costs, with automatic low-line transfer, using an internal lifter that keeps the lid closed and sealed throughout the process.

And highly efficient component drying with maximum solvent distillation, with twin refrigeration units (dedicated primary and secondary cooling) to ensure that vapour heat load does not affect freeboard cooling.

The Solvac S2 vapour degreaser system is designed to safely operate with several of today’s non-flammable and EPA-approved solvents. Our automated compression lid seals in machine contents, which allows more efficient use of energy and fewer carbon emissions into the environment. Additionally, a Vapotronic Electro-Pulse Modulation system greatly increases solvent retention and reduces energy consumption over conventional vapor degreasers.
