Matta OS is one platform for the whole factory. It connects our AI agents (Sentry, Gauge, Tally, and Trace) into a single, live view, giving OEE, defects, throughput, and traceability across every line and every site, in real time. Agents see one line but Matta OS sees the whole factory.

Matta OS follows a simple loop: Perceive, Reason, Act. It perceives throughput, yield, and cycle time in real time, reasons by flagging drift and issuing "pre-defect" warnings before tolerances are breached, and acts by suggesting parameter adjustments, with operators confirming edge cases so the model improves instantly.
