X8580
The FLIR X8580-HS SLS is a high-speed, high definition longwave IR camera designed for scientists and engineers who need to capture detailed imagery of fast events, perform custom radiometric measurements, or detect points of failure in composites, solar cells, and electronics. This thermal imaging camera combines 1280 × 1024 resolution from the SLS detector with high-speed frame rates to offer shorter snapshot speeds and wider temperature bands for crisp stop motion imagery of high-speed events. With a four-position motorized filter wheel and support for FLIR motorized focus lenses, the X8580-HS SLS will provide high quality recordings, save time, and mitigate frustration in dynamic acquisition environments.

XDV®
The models of the XDV® series are the most powerful X-ray fluorescence instruments in the Fischer portfolio. They are equipped with a highly sensitive silicon drift detector (SDD) and can further be fitted with different apertures and filters. Additionally, XDV-µ instruments come with a micro-focus tube. This makes them ideal for very demanding measurement tasks. Using XDV devices you can, for instance, analyze the thickness and elemental composition of coatings just 5 nm thick and test structures of just 10 µm.

XSensor's High Speed Impact System
For many year designers and engineers have been looking for ways to measure and minimise the elevated body surface pressures created between occupant and seat backs, head restraints, seat belts and airbags during rear or frontal impacts. Until now this impact pressure data has been impossible to obtain. This is why XSensor has developed it new high speed pressure mapping system. With data collection speed of between 2,000 and 3,000 frames per second, designers and engineers now have the ability to collect impact pressure data in a number for different impact scenarios. These include · Whiplash impacts · Seat belts · Airbags

XXL Box - Laser Enclosures with a BIG attitude
Record working dimensions for the new XXL-Box. "After the huge success of the L-BOX and XL-BOX, our compact marking stations, we have been asked on numerous occasions to offer a larger workspace in order to be able to mark large parts. "These are the words of Eric B. Marketing and Sales Director at SIC MARKING, world leader in industrial traceability, to justify the launch of the new XXL-BOX Laser Marking Station. Available in 3 basic sizes at a very competitive price, the XXL-BOX perfectly complements SIC MARKING's laser workstation wide range of products , which makes it possible to meet all customer requirements in terms of cabinet size. As its name indicates, the new XXL-BOX station offers record working dimensions (up to 520 mm high) as well as great modularity thanks to its 3 standard models (800, 1200 and 1600 mm wide) and its numerous accessories. The strength of this new product also lies in its ability to adapt perfectly to different customer requirements, illustrating SIC MARKING's extensive know-how in the realisation of tailor-made solutions: "The XXL-BOX is ideally suited for the classic use of its large working volume, but also enables the project manager at SIC MARKING to offer tailor-made solutions for more complex large-volume marking applications. As Project Manager, Nicolas E. highlights the flexibility of this new product through a large number of accessories. "Automatic three-dimensional axis, automatic loading system, loading drawer or turntable are just a few examples of the applications proposed by our technical teams to meet our customers' needs". Requested by a large number of customers, the new XXL-Box Laser Marking Station has met a great success with ETIs and large companies manufacturing large parts or sub-assemblies such as shafts, valve or pump bodies, crankcase, exhaust components but also bodywork sub-assemblies.

ZCC- Visualising Option
Visual support for parts removal via projection and monitor – with the Visualizing Option, cut parts can be marked and labelled quickly and easily. The Visualizing Option has been developed to simplify the traceability of cut parts as well as their identification and sorting after contour cutting. The Visualizing Option allows the Zünd Cut Center – ZCC to use metadata from job and production information in a variety of ways. A projection system above the cutter shows the operator which cut pieces belong together in different colors. It can also indicate on which cut pieces labels must be applied for later identification. A monitor can also be used to provide visual support for parts removal, if required, in combination with a projection system. The Visualizing Option ensures an overview of the cut parts at all times and simplifies dispatch logistics.
