LM Series stainless steel EHEDG certified hygienic levelling foot
LM.F-HD-SST levelling elements for ground mounting are intended for use in environments where high hygiene is required and are certified according to EHEDG guidelines. The surface beneath the base is protected by rings that prevent dirt from entering, when the levelling element is mounted onto the supporting floor with screws through the holes provided in the element itself. The mounting and correct positioning of the holes is therefore essential for the sealing of the various rings. For optimum mounting of the levelling element it is required the use of screws NT-HD-SST. The adjustable protective sleeve, which covers the threaded part of the stem, is provided both at the top and bottom with a protective ring, as well as the base of the threaded stem. These rings prevent access to dirt inside the coupling between the threaded stud and the adjustable protective sleeve. The finish quality of stainless steel parts prevents dirt adhering and facilitates cleaning. The static load values in the table below are the result of laboratory tests in which the load has been applied perpendicularly to the base. Such values have to be considered as purely indicative and must be verified under the specific conditions of use. Under common working conditions, side or angular loading increases the stress on the levelling element and reduces its carrying capacity. It's the user's responsibility to determine, case by case, whether the product is suitable for the intended use.

Load Cells
Instron® is the only testing system manufacturer that designs and manufactures its own load cells. This ensures that Instron load cells meet the unique requirements of material testing systems such as high accuracy over a wide measurement range, high stiffness, resistance to offset loads, accurate alignment and excellent zero stability. These load cells are made within Instron’s manufacturing center in High Wycombe, United Kingdom. All Instron load cells are individually temperature-compensated and tested for accuracy and repeatability on a calibration apparatus that is traceable to international standards, with a measurement of uncertainty that does not exceed one-third of the permissible error of the load cell. Instron's Massachusetts headquarters houses the largest commercial deadweight stack in the

LTB300
LTB300 is a 30% certified bio-based tooling system offering an excellent surface finish, curing rapidly at low temperatures, and can be delivered on short lead times. LTB300 is a novel prepreg tooling system for manufacturers who are looking for a material that is both more environmentally friendly and of equally high-performance to the incumbent systems. The resin system is tailored to 200gsm carbon fabric for the surface plies and 650gsm or 1000gsm fabrics for bulking plies to provide a conventional 1-8-1 or a more rapid 1-5-1 configuration. Tack and drape have been optimised to provide operators with a system to laminate high quality tools in record time. Initial cure temperatures of 45°C provide a tool in just 12 hours with an ultimate Tg of over 200°C achievable after post cure. Initial cure can comfortably be achieved with a rapid 8 hours at 55°C or 6 hours at 60°C.

LVDTs
LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer), is an absolute position/displacement transducer that will convert a position or linear displacement from a mechanical reference (zero, or null position) into a proportional electrical signal containing phase (for direction) and amplitude (for distance) information. The LVDT operation does not require an electrical contact between the moving part (probe or core assembly) and the coil assembly to work, but instead relies on electromagnetic coupling; this and the fact that LVDTs can operate without any built-in electronic circuitry are the primary reasons why they have been widely used in applications where long life and high-reliability equipment under very severe environmental conditions as required, such as in Military/Aerospace, process controls, automation, robotics, nuclear, chemical plants, hydraulics, power turbines, and many others. LVDT’s come in two different ranges, either DC or AC output. DC versions, in general, have integral electronics or there is limited need for complex signal conditioning or AC variants which will require signal conditioning. There are lots of object application-based uses for an LVDT device, as they are not electromechanical there are many good uses for many devices.

LX610e Colour Label Printer
With LX610e printing and precise die-cutting are incorporated into one easy, timesaving step. Just import your design into the included software and create an individual contour cut or select one of the many standard die-cuts such as squares, circles, stars or rectangles. LX610e produces gorgeous, professional-quality labels with colour inkjet printing at up to 4800 dpi. With LX610e you can choose from a wide variety of substrates, including DTM White Gloss Polyester, DTM Clear Gloss Polyester and DTM White Gloss Paper. Additional materials from the DTM Genuine Label Stock are available if using pre-die cut stock.
