    1. XAN 500

      XAN 500

Handheld, desktop, inline: the XAN®500 X-ray fluorescence instrument is Fischer’s most versatile yet. It can be used as a handheld device, as a fully enclosed desktop unit or integrated directly into production lines. Equipped with a tablet computer, the XAN500 also utilizes the time-proven WinFTM® software. Besides the classic coating thickness measurement functions, WinFTM also provides fundamental parameter analysis. This makes it possible to measure without prior calibration – that is, standard-free.

    2. XDV Series

      XDV Series

The models of the XDV® series are the most powerful X-ray fluorescence instruments in the Fischer portfolio. They are equipped with a highly sensitive silicon drift detector (SDD) and can further be fitted with different apertures and filters. Additionally, XDV-µ instruments come with a micro-focus tube. This makes them ideal for very demanding measurement tasks. Using XDV devices you can, for instance, analyze the thickness and elemental composition of coatings just 5 nm thick and test structures of just 10 µm.

    3. XSensor's High Speed Impact System

      XSensor's High Speed Impact System

For many year designers and engineers have been looking for ways to measure and minimise the elevated body surface pressures created between occupant and seat backs, head restraints, seat belts and airbags during rear or frontal impacts. Until now this impact pressure data has been impossible to obtain. This is why XSensor has developed it new high speed pressure mapping system. With data collection speed of between 2,000 and 3,000 frames per second, designers and engineers now have the ability to collect impact pressure data in a number for different impact scenarios. These include · Whiplash impacts · Seat belts · Airbags

    4. XUL Series

      XUL Series

Measurement instruments from the XUL® series are the solution of choice wherever the need is to determine coating thicknesses quickly and very precisely in electroplating or electronics manufacturing. The X-ray fluorescence instruments measure from bottom to top, enabling easy positioning of samples on the measuring stage. All X-ray instruments in this range are equipped with the same detector. You can choose apertures, filters and X-ray tubes according to the individual measurement task.

    5. ZCC- Visualising Option

      ZCC- Visualising Option

Visual support for parts removal via projection and monitor – with the Visualizing Option, cut parts can be marked and labelled quickly and easily. The Visualizing Option has been developed to simplify the traceability of cut parts as well as their identification and sorting after contour cutting. The Visualizing Option allows the Zünd Cut Center – ZCC to use metadata from job and production information in a variety of ways. A projection system above the cutter shows the operator which cut pieces belong together in different colors. It can also indicate on which cut pieces labels must be applied for later identification. A monitor can also be used to provide visual support for parts removal, if required, in combination with a projection system. The Visualizing Option ensures an overview of the cut parts at all times and simplifies dispatch logistics.

    6. ZEISS INSPECT

      ZEISS INSPECT

Discover the versatility of ZEISS INSPECT. There is a multitude of hardware, extensive analyses, and software. Added to this are pressures in development, quality control, and manufacturing. ZEISS INSPECT is your software to analyse 3D, CT or motion data. With the software, you analyse optical 3D data, volume data, blades and airfoils or moving image data - regardless of which system you use. Numerous powerful features allow you to customise the software according to your needs.

    7. ZEISS ScanBox Series 4

      ZEISS ScanBox Series 4

With the ZEISS ScanBox 4105 optical 3D measuring machine, you can quickly and efficiently inspect small and complex parts up to 500 mm in size. The compact and mobile system is ready for immediate use thanks to the plug & play concept and can be easily repositioned if required. All measuring processes and inspection sequences can be started directly at the integrated operating station. The special user interface – the Kiosk Interface – and the virtual measuring room (VMR) in the ZEISS INSPECT software take over the entire process control. Compact design with small footprint Automated inspection of small and complex parts Easy operation at the touch of a button
