    2. Software

      Software

Developed for ‘Design to Manufacture’ production strategies, our Opt2Sim tube bending simulation software suite uses machine and component data to provide a precise, virtual insight into the tube bending process – before a single trial part is bent. Available in the following versions – or with the option to create your ideal tube bending software package – Opt2Sim’s competitive annual licensing fees make it a highly attractive option. Opt2Sim icon The Opt2Sim Suite includes: Opt2Sim Step Drag and drop STEP files into the software application and extract tube bending data instantly. Or draw parts by entering XYZ coordinates or YBC data and view them in 3D. Quickly convert bending data into printable PDF reports. Opt2Sim Tube Simulate parts accurately in real time on a CAD-based virtual model of your bending machine, with collision detection and fully automatic smart collision resolution that will find a manufacturing solution for even the most complex tube geometry. Opt2Sim + WPS Add our Work Processing System to the simulator, allowing multiple users to batch-process parts on multiple bending machines at once. Opt2Sim Scan Rapidly process 3D scans of bent parts to extract tube geometry. Compare and align scans to master data with a single click, and export tube corrections to a PDF report or direct to the bending machine in Supravision format.

    3. Software License Compliance toolset

      Software License Compliance toolset

CQ flexmon helps large start ups to huge companies manage licenses, stay compliant and reduce cost as well as the below; • Verify the true utilisation rate of your software licenses • Minimise the costs of unused software licenses • Find out who uses software licenses and at what utilisation rate • See if the right licenses are available to those who need them • Know when and who have borrowed software licenses and when they were returned back for use • Find out the direct licensing cost for those actually using them, such as a user, unit, department or project • Know exactly which software products have been installed specifically for workstations • Ensure that the installed software meets the producer’s licensing terms. Symetri’s CQ Flexmon is also software license agnostic so could capture your entire license estate should it be required.

    4. Spark Erosion (CNC EDM)

      Spark Erosion (CNC EDM)

At ND Precision Products, we continually invest in the latest EDM technology to ensure exceptional precision and surface quality in every tool we produce. Our most recent addition in this department, the Sodi-Tech AD55L, represents the latest in high performance spark erosion capability. Supporting this, we also operate a GF Machining Solutions FORM 20 and a Charmilles E110 machine, allowing us to handle a wide range of tooling requirements efficiently and accurately. Using spark erosion, we can achieve a surface finish down to 0 VDI, producing an exceptionally smooth and precise result that is often impossible to achieve through conventional milling. This process enables the creation of complex shapes, fine details, and intricate forms, all while maintaining the dimensional accuracy and high standards ND Precision Products is known for.

    5. Speedy 100 cross

      Speedy 100 cross

Speedy 100 Cross: Diode Laser Engraver & Cutter The Speedy 100 cross is the ideal choice for industrial parts marking and impresses with razor-sharp detail on metals and plastics. It enables large-area marking up to 610 x 305 mm (24 x 12 in) and is ideal for small to medium throughput volumes. With a speed of 2.8 m/s (110 ips) and 40 watts laser power, it also excels in the field of personalization and when used in schools and universities. Its versatility allows the processing of a wide range of materials and future applications. It also masters the cutting of thin organic materials such as paper, cardboard and wood with ease.
