Power analyzer systems have slots for TRION-POWER modules for high voltage and current measurement and other TRION modules for additional inputs including torque, speed, vibration, CAN. All chassis have onboard data storage and can display data in real time as well as replay data. USB, LAN, HDMI and RS-232 interfaces are standard. Test bed integration options include LAN interfaces as well as CAN, CAN-FD, EtherCAT for system automation.

The exceedingly robust and high-performance Power Rotary Tool is designed for cutting challenging fibrous materials inexpensively and reliably. Suitable for cutting with the PRT is a wide range of challenging materials, including fiberglass and aramid. The tool can be set at 3 different rpm levels, i.e. at 100%, 75%, or 50% of the maximum. This allows for cleanly cutting tough, dense materials as well as those with low melting points. Pressurized air keeps the cutting assembly free of residual fibers and other cutting debris and simultaneously cools the motor. Shim packs are boxed shim stock. The packs are available in standard widths and lengths of shim stock and in various shim materials listed. Shimpress is a Boneham Brand, with the company manufacturing shim to order for over 80 years. As well as custom cut shims. Shimpress supplies standard pre-packed shim packs off the shelf. All packs contain a material certificate

String pots (String potentiometers), also called cable extension transducers or draw wire sensors are a wonderfully simple concept for measuring linear position. The cable winds onto a spool which is sprung loaded converting linear measurement into rotation. This rotation is measured using a potentiometer or encoder which is in turn converted to an analogue or digital output. They are easy to install, no critical alignment is needed and makes a direct measurement at the point of interest. A wide variety of options in regards to cable actuated, string pots, draw wire type sensors to cover many applications for lengths beyond 50,000mm.

VMS26-UC is our premium grade silicone from Alan Harper Composites. The material is a 2-part addition cure elastomer system which is an ultra clear silicone in appearance, giving far better visibility for liquid infusions. After mixing parts ‘A’ and ‘B’ in the correct proportions, the system will cure at ambient temperatures within 24 hours, but the rate of cure can be accelerated by heat. The cured rubber exhibits excellent physical and structural properties for Reusable Vacuum Membranes. The premium grade silicone product has a 26 Shore A Hardness and is available in 40kg Kits.

TCR uses epoxy resins specifically designed for braided reinforcements made of carbon, fiberglass, aramid or any combination. All formulations are storable at room temperature. Refrigerated shipping and storage are not required. Braid is a system where yarns are intertwined. No two yarns are twisted around each other. Braid is also defined as a family of fabrics continually woven on the bias. Tubular sleevings are the most common type of braid. Braid may be used for aerospace, medical, recreational and industrial applications. During composite fabrication, tubular braids are opened up and applied to a molding tool or core. Then they are consolidated with stretch tape, vacuum bags, or matched two-piece mold.
