Production Scheduler
See your real capacity before you commit to the date. Jobs plotted across machines and resources, planned around shift patterns, holidays, absences, work groups and subcon.
New this year:
• Drag-and-drop rescheduling
• Secondary and tertiary constraints — schedules against tooling and labour availability, not just machines
• Multiple draft schedules held side by side for comparison before you commit
• Freeze a period you're happy with and plan around it
• "Why here?" — click any operation and it tells you why it's been placed there
• Capacity statuses that tell you honestly which dates are achievable and which never were
• Concurrent job handling on pallet-loaded and bar-fed machines

Every scheduler claims to be clever. Very few will show you their working.

SFDC
Work-to lists by priority, with current drawings, setting instructions and tooling at the terminal. Clock on, clock off, full traceability of who did what and when.
Live WIP without walking the floor. Quoted versus actual times, so you quote better next time. Time and attendance included.
For treatments: docketing to despatch, full Nadcap traceability, reject and quality logging.

Machine Monitoring
CT clamp on the live power cable. One-minute install, no effect on machine operation, works on any CNC or electrical equipment regardless of age or controller — including the machines everyone else tells you can't be connected.
