The Scheduler plots every job across your machines and resources on a live Gantt, so you can see what's booked, what's clashing and where you've got space. It plans around reality — shift patterns including overnight, holidays, absences, work groups, subcontract operations, operation overlap and material availability dates. Forward or JIT scheduling, with time already clocked on in-progress operations subtracted automatically.

New this year:

Secondary and tertiary constraints — schedule against tooling and employee availability, not just machines. A free machine with no operator was never capacity.

Multiple draft schedules — build several plans, hold them side by side, compare them, then commit to the best one.

"Why here?" — click any operation and the Scheduler explains why it's been placed there. No black box.

Intelligent capacity statuses — tells you which delivery dates you can still save and which were never achievable. Both are worth knowing.

Drag and drop — reschedule in seconds when priorities change.

Improved work centre management — set how many jobs a machine can run at once, for true capacity on pallet-loaded and bar-fed machines.

Full data management — add and edit work centres, jobs, operations, tooling and employees directly in the Scheduler.

Standalone or integrated — a built-in API key connects it to most MRP and ERP systems, or run it on its own.

Plus Excel and CSV import/export, scheduling explanations, search filters by job, part or customer, colour-blind status options and a full in-app help guide.
