SolveAI
About us
The person who understands the problem should be the one who solves it.
In most manufacturers they aren't. The engineer who knows exactly where the cost is leaking out of a bill of materials can't do anything about it. They write a requirements doc, it joins a queue behind forty others, and if it survives, something arrives eighteen months later that answers a question from two model years ago. SolveAI removes the queue.
How it works
We start by mapping your systems, business logic and governance rules into a Context Graph. It holds what your data actually means, where it lives across ERP, PLM, MES and quality systems, which technical stack you operate, which languages you code in, how you deploy and maintain software, security and access control lists, and which rules govern who can see and change what.
Your team then describes the application they need in plain English and the platform builds it against that graph. A cost engineer asks for the tool they've been requesting for three years, and has a working version the same week. IT keeps control of the governance layer underneath, so this isn't shadow IT with a friendlier interface.
What comes out is deterministic
AI does the building. The finished application runs on hardcoded logic and formulas, so no model is inventing a number at runtime. That matters when the output drives a supplier negotiation, a quality hold or a warranty claim.
You own it outright
You pay once for the software to be designed and built, then you keep the code and run it yourself. No per-seat licence, no per-system charge, no vendor sitting between you and your own data in perpetuity. Build an application once and reuse it across as many systems as you like.
What people build with it
BoM and cost exposure intelligence. Engineering change flowing through to the work instructions actually in use on the line. Warranty cost recovery traced back to part, supplier and change. Quality exception triage.
Who we work with
Discrete manufacturers and their Tier 1 suppliers, from low-volume high-value programmes through to high-volume automotive. Our lighthouse work is with a British supercar OEM on unified BoM and cost intelligence. The team is ex-Palantir, backed by $50M from GV and Accel.
Come and see it
Bring a problem you've already tried to solve twice. We'll show you what a first application looks like built against it. Our engineers sit with your team for the first one so they learn the pattern, then your people build the next one without us.
