Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers, embedding within their organisations to solve critical problems. You’ll understand challenges first-hand, rapidly build solutions and translate customer learnings into improvements to our core product.

This is a hands-on engineering role for people motivated by delivering tangible outcomes. FDEs may spend 50–75% of their time at customer locations, nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities
Embed with customers to understand their challenges and systems
Rapidly design, build and deliver solutions
Adapt to diverse tech stacks and constraints
Turn customer learnings into product improvements
Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Prior FDE experience is valuable but not required.
