About the Role

We’re looking for exceptional Software Engineers to help build all areas of our product — from APIs, databases and agent management to scalable, reliable infrastructure. As an early engineer, you’ll have significant ownership and the opportunity to shape our product and technical direction.

Our platform is built in Rust, with gRPC powering communication between services. No prior Rust experience is required — we’ll support you in learning the stack.

Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be building our product, but as an early-stage startup, you’ll have the autonomy to contribute wherever you can have the greatest impact.

Requirements

We’re looking for curious, pragmatic engineers who combine creativity, critical thinking and strong technical judgement. Backend experience is valuable, alongside an ability to write maintainable code and design pragmatic systems. We welcome engineers from a range of backgrounds and experience levels.
