Composites UK Confirmed as Returning Headline Partner for the Composites Engineering Show at Advanced Engineering 2026

Composites UK returns as headline industry partner of the Composites Engineering Show, part of Advanced Engineering, on 4–5 Nov 2026 at the NEC Birmingham, bringing together thousands of composites and advanced materials specialists.

Building on the strongest composites audience in years at the 2025 event, the Composites Engineering Show will again bring together the UK’s largest concentration of composites and advanced materials professionals at the NEC as part of Advanced Engineering and Easyfairs’ wider manufacturing portfolio. The event connects the full supply chain, from material and process innovators to OEMs and Tier 1–3 manufacturers.

As the leading trade body for the UK composites sector, Composites UK will once again help shape the event’s composites content, supporting innovation, collaboration and industry growth.

A key feature will be the Composites UK Pavilion, a turnkey exhibition space for SMEs. Hosting 18–20 companies, the Pavilion provides a cost-effective way for businesses to showcase expertise, meet new customers and join a strong collective presence at the UK’s only dedicated composites event.

Dr Sue Halliwell, Operations Manager at Composites UK, said: “We are delighted to return as a headline partner of Advanced Engineering and the Composites Engineering Show. This event is a cornerstone of the UK composites calendar and provides an invaluable platform for our members and the wider composites community to connect, collaborate and showcase their expertise.”

Simon Farnfield, Head of Manufacturing Cluster at Easyfairs, added: “After our best-ever composites edition last year, we are working closely with Composites UK and alongside UK Metals Expo to bring more than 15,000 engineers, materials specialists and decision-makers together at the NEC in November.”

As a member of the Advanced Engineering advisory board, Composites UK also plays an active role in helping guide the event’s direction and content to ensure it remains aligned with industry priorities.
