Tioga’s box build and finished product assembly service takes customers beyond PCB manufacture to complete, functional product builds. We can manage the process from tested PCB assemblies through mechanical integration, wiring, configuration, functional testing, final inspection, packing and delivery.

Our capabilities include installation into enclosures, chassis and housings, cable routing and harnessing, crimping, potting and full mechanical assembly in line with customer specifications. Builds are inspected at system level before undergoing functional testing to confirm that the finished product performs as intended. A final quality check covers areas such as documentation, labelling and cosmetic standards before products are securely packed.

As part of Tioga’s wider end-to-end manufacturing offer, finished products can be delivered into stock, shipped directly to site or supplied to end users as required.
