Tioga Design Services provides end-to-end product development support, helping customers take ideas from initial requirements and concept development through to prototypes, design for manufacture and volume production. Our multidisciplinary engineering team supports electronics, PCB, mechanical and software development within one integrated service.

Capabilities include electronic and hardware design, PCB design, enclosure and mechanical design, embedded and high-level software, user interfaces, test-jig design and product and pre-compliance testing. We work with customers to capture requirements, assess feasibility, develop detailed designs and build representative prototypes for validation against agreed acceptance criteria.

Our close link with Tioga’s manufacturing operation helps create a seamless route into New Product Introduction and volume manufacture. Manufacturing data packs, production jigs and test solutions can be developed as part of the process, with engineering support available throughout the product lifecycle to help optimise manufacturability, availability, yield, quality and ongoing product performance.
