Tioga provides comprehensive PCB testing and inspection to help ensure every assembly performs as intended before it moves to the next stage of production or reaches the customer. We combine automated and manual inspection with functional and electrical testing, supported by an experienced in-house technical team.

Our capabilities include 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), visual inspection, X-ray inspection, ICT, boundary scan, functional testing and fault analysis. Where required, our engineers can develop bespoke stand-alone, automated and functional test systems around a customer’s specific product and test requirements. Our test equipment and instrumentation are externally calibrated annually, with records traceable to UKAS.

From inspection planning through to final verification, failures can be analysed, root causes identified and repairs completed where appropriate, with traceability maintained throughout. The result is a robust test process designed to give customers confidence in product quality, reliability and field performance.
