Compact by design
With a 200 x 100 mm measuring range in a footprint made for production areas, Edge fits next to the machine rather than in a separate inspection room. X-Y measurement uncertainty from 5 + 6.5L/1000 µm means you can trust first-off, in-process and setup checks at the point of production.

Three levels of automation
Match the system to your parts, volumes and people:

CORE: manual 2 or 3-axis measurement for quick, flexible one-off checks with little training.
VISTA: automated, repeatable inspection of flat and turned parts with a large field of view.
APEX: full 3-axis CNC with motorised 6.5:1 zoom for high-throughput batch inspection.

M3 software runs programmed inspection routines with automatic feature detection, so results stay the same across operators and shifts. That matters when skilled inspectors are hard to find.
