Built-in focus stacking gives you sharp images of uneven, complex parts, so defects are found before they reach your customer.

Measure and report with confidence
Calibrated measurement, annotation, image comparison against a golden sample and go/no-go overlays are all built into the system. Automatic lens and lighting detection keeps magnification and scale correct. Inspectors capture, measure and export PNG, JPEG or PDF reports on the spot, giving you traceable records ready for audits and customer approvals.

Consistent results at every bench, shift and site
Up to 10 presets hold proven settings for recurring jobs and can be shared across systems and sites. Supervisor Mode locks critical parameters, so new starters work to the same standard as experienced inspectors. That's a practical answer to the engineering skills gap.

Built for real production environments
A compact standalone unit with touchscreen or keypad control fits at the bench, in the lab or on the line. Wi-Fi, LAN, USB3 and live streaming make it easy to share findings remotely. For defence and regulated programmes, secure versions come without wireless, Bluetooth or removable storage.
