Spintech Holdings, Inc. Expands into New 34,000 sq. ft. Miamisburg, OH Facility

Spintech Holdings, Inc. has moved into a new 34,000 sq ft. facility located in Miamisburg, Ohio.

Previously located in a 19,500 sq. ft. facility in Xenia, Ohio, this move marks one year since the launch of their new composite parts manufacturing division, Hawthorn Composites, and enables further expansion of its two primary divisions, Smart Tooling & Hawthorn Composites.

Located at 1964 Byers Road, a few minutes northwest of the expanding Austin Landing area in the Cin-Day corridor, the new facility features over 20,000 sq. ft. of conditioned space for the manufacturing of aerospace-grade composite parts and tooling solutions and 8,000 sq. ft. of unconditioned space for oven curing and finishing. The expanded space includes 3 loading docks and a drive-in door, 6 curing ovens with the largest being 12.5′ x 12.5′ x 40′, a 6′ x 22′ automated fabric cutting system, over 750 cu ft of freezer space, 4 resin infusion vessels, and large fully configurable working areas with 3 ton crane access over a 50′ X 40′ area that is expected to expand to 6 tons in 02 2022.

“Spintech Holdings is thrilled to be fully functional in our new 34,000 sq. ft. facility in Miamisburg, OH. This was a build to suit facility and we are proud of our new home and excited to leverage the facility and our experienced team to meet the growing needs of our continuously expanding customer base. ” Said Craig Jennings, Spintech Holdings’ Chief Executive Officer

The new facility enables Spintech Holdings, Inc to rapidly scale up production and logistics based on customer needs. Since the move, Spintech Holdings has hired 3 new employees to add to the existing team of 19 employees and one contractor, with more hires expected this year.
