Due to continued business growth, Patterns and Moulds are looking for a 3D CAD Design
Engineer to join us!
Patterns and Moulds are based approx. 4 miles East of Loughborough and occupy 6 modern industrial units totalling around 50 thousand sq ft. We embrace traditional skills whilst utilising advanced modelling and CNC machines to create tooling and moulds across many industrial sectors including Automotive, Aeronautical, Composites, Construction and Marine to name but a few. Machining materials from polystyrene and timber products through to advanced Tooling boards other specialised materials.
We currently operate 4 mid to large scale 5 axis CNC machines along with a 3-axis machine ranging in size up to our large-scale CMS Poseidon 13 mtr x 5 mtr x 2.5 mtr 5 axis CNC machining centre. We also have a Kuka robot with 3D printing and machining capabilities, with a new Breton 5 axis CNC machine being installed January 2024, utilising Solidworks for design capabilities

Due to continued growth, we now require an experienced Electrical/Control Service Engineer to join our service department to satisfy our commitment to our customers and to further strengthen our team.

You will be responsible to the Service Manager, the purpose of the role is to diagnose faults and provide effective diagnostic procedures to resolve automation and electrical faults and breakdowns.

You will be responsible to the Manufacturing Manager for carrying out the efficient operation of processes and instructions.

An exciting opportunity for a Test Support Engineer has arisen in Testia Ltd Filton. You will work
within the Testia customer structures test centre based in Bristol, UK.

The Job holder puts together all constituent elements of the Test Setup (specimen, rig, loading
devices, and Data Acquisition); is proficient in the operation of workshop equipment (inc. Lathes,
Milling Machines, Pillar Drills etc.), including ability to perform welding in various materials and ensure
efficient test performance.
