Inspiring the future of engineering and manufacturing in Aerospace

Aerospace Engineering

Sponsored by AEROVAC Composites One

Advanced Engineering is the UK’s only event 100% dedicated to aero R&D, design, test, inspection, production & assembly. Addressing structures, propulsion and systems, it brings together global OEMs and top tier manufacturers to source from all levels of the engineering supply chain.

Supported by ADS, NATEP, and all regional associations, Advanced Engineering additionally brings some of the latest innovations and case studies to the show floor.

Who you'll meet in 2023...

Each year hundreds of visitors from Tier 1s and OEMs visit the show. Here are just a few you can expect to network with at the show…

Aero: An overview

Aviation and aerospace engineering involves the design, development, and production of aircraft, spacecraft, and related systems and equipment, encompassing both military and commercial applications.

In recent years, the industry has seen a focus on developing more fuel-efficient and environmentally friendly aircraft, as well as the increasing use of drones and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for both military and civilian purposes.

Advances in materials science and digital technologies have also been driving changes in the sector, leading to the development of lighter, more efficient aircraft and the increasing use of data analytics and artificial intelligence in aircraft design and operations. The industry continues to evolve and adapt to changing market demands and technological advancements. These developments can be explored by visiting the Aerospace & Space Forum at the show.

Why attend?

Aerospace has continually been a focus area for Advanced Engineering, since starting out as an Aero show in 2009.

The Aerospace & Space Forum remains an integral part of the Advanced Engineering show floor. The forum is your opportunity to hear from key Tier 1s and OEMs including Airbus, BAE Systems, QinetiQ, Rolls-Royce and more.

Ensure you visit the Aerospace networking area to discover new connections with your industry peers, and build relationships in your sector.

Get involved with the ADS Meet the Buyer programme where buyers with projects to fulfil are looking to meet solution providers.
